Overview
Plan, coordinate, and execute meetings, conferences and events while ensuring client satisfaction.

Tasks
-Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques. -Oversee set up, refresh, and removal of food, beverage, and service items. Ensure smooth operations. Work with management to communicate department goals. -Accountable for the execution of SLAs, KPIs, benchmarks, and reoccurring reports. -Confirm pre-event setup is complete. This includes a review of space configurations, and audio/visual requirements are complete. Verify decor is in alignment with the client's vision. -Follow up with clients pre- and post-event to confirm satisfaction. Review post-event reporting and reconciliation with management and recap results with the team. -Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related. -Order event supplies as needed. -Approve head meeting and events calendar for event spaces. -Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team. -Troubleshoot and resolve complex client inquiries and escalated complaints.

What You Bring
-Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. -High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience. -Fulfill the physical requirements associated with this role. This includes stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs. Must be able to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. -Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. -Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or the future -A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required. -In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. -Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
