Tasks

-Overseeing the design and execution of complex civil engineering projects -Leading business development efforts, including proposal writing and client engagement -Preparing and reviewing plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates -Providing technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staff -Coordinating with clients, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project success -Managing project scope, schedule, and budgets to ensure successful delivery -Conducting construction oversight and administration as needed

What You Bring

-Strong client relationship management and business development experience -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work on schedule -Experience living or working in Montana is a plus -6+ years of experience in civil engineering -Professional Engineer (PE) license required -Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing projects and teams -B.S. in Civil Engineering (M.S. preferred) from an accredited university
