The Vice President leads the strategic and operational direction for a regional portfolio of shopping centers, ensuring an exceptional customer journey and maximizing long-term asset value. This role combines visionary leadership with hands-on execution to deliver best-in-class experiences for shoppers, retailers, and partners.

  • Create and support improvements that benefit both retailers and customers.
  • Drive initiatives that elevate asset performance, strengthen tenant partnerships, and create engaging environments for guests.
  • Define and implement portfolio strategies that align with company objectives and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Build trusted relationships with national and regional retail partners to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Drive the Customer & Content Strategy to guide Leasing to the optimal tenant mix.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards while embedding sustainability and innovation into daily operations.
  • Drive employee engagement and succession planning to ensure long-term organizational strength.
  • Partner on rent collection and resolve legal matters with a balanced, strategic approach.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to amplify brand presence and enrich the customer journey.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets and business plans to support portfolio objectives.
