The Role

Overview

Lead quality management and continuous improvement for projects, ensuring compliance with QMS.

Tasks

-Develop, implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS). -Ensure implementation of project-specific procedures and Worley Management System requirements. -Apply sound quality management principles and drive system enhancements. -Promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and lessons learned across teams. -Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address process gaps early and improve. -Lead the lessons learned program to foster continuous improvement across projects. -Facilitate non-conformance management, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes. -Establish, Monitor and report Project Quality KPIs, including leading and lagging indicators. -Prepare, implement, and update Project Quality Plans and supporting Quality Control Plans and procedures. -Deliver technically sound, accurate, and timely quality support to Worley and its customers. -Plan and conduct internal and external audits; manage corrective actions and close-outs. -Ensure compliance with QMS and drive system improvement initiatives. -Engage with customers to understand and meet quality expectations; build strong relationships with customer teams.

What You Bring

-Strong understanding of Quality Management principles and systems. -Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. -Effective auditing, analytical, and problem-solving skills. -Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university (Full-Time). -Proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues. -Understand onshore and offshore engineering practices and processes. -Certified ISO 9001:2015 QMS Lead Auditor (IRCA or equivalent). -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment. -Proven ability to interface with multiple engineering disciplines -Experience in process plants, particularly in Oil & Gas or petrochemical sectors, covering onshore and offshore -Experience in quality management in EPIC / EPCM Projects with more focus in engineering phase (Study, FEED, Detail Engineering)
