Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, contractors, and internal teams to maintain design integrity and project efficiency. -Participate in contract administration, including RFIs, submittal reviews, and site reviews. -Lead Revit production and model coordination across all project phases, from schematic design through IFC documentation. -Contribute to the development of office technical standards and BIM workflows, promoting consistency and efficiency. -Apply deep technical knowledge of building envelope systems, detailing, and building codes to ensure high-quality project delivery. -Produce detailed working drawings and specifications with a strong focus on clarity, accuracy, and constructability. -Mentor junior and intermediate technologists, encouraging continuous learning and professional growth within the team. -Support or lead project teams depending on experience and project scope.

What You Bring
-8+ years of relevant architectural technology experience, preferably in the public/institutional sector (education, healthcare, cultural, or civic). -Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud. -Diploma or Degree in Architectural & Building Technology (or equivalent). -Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills. -Advanced Revit proficiency with strong modeling, documentation, and coordination skills. -Expertise in construction documentation, detailing, and building envelope assemblies. -Solid understanding of BCBC, VBBL, and local authority requirements. -Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. -AScT, C.Tech, or other professional designation considered an asset.
