Tasks

-Assist with loading and unloading passengers, including those with mobility challenges -Engage in recreational activities for residents or program participants -Keep accurate records of activities attendance and transportation logs -Ensure all safety protocols are followed during activities and transportation -Maintain a clean and well-organized activities area and van -Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive environment -Assist with setting up and cleaning up activity areas

What You Bring

-Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed -Proficiency in basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication -Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities (preferred) -Physical fitness to assist with activities and mobility support -Strong interpersonal and communication skills -Knowledge of senior care or recreational activities (preferred) -Basic first aid and CPR certification -Previous experience as a van driver or in a similar role (preferred) -Ability to work both independently and as part of a team -High school diploma or equivalent -Excellent time management and organizational abilities
