Tasks

To provide exceptional food and beverage service to VOX Cinemas guests, ensuring a high standard of hospitality and a memorable cinema experience. -Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely and accurate order preparation. -Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. -Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally. -Present menus and assist guests in making menu selections. -Provide information about menu items, ingredients, and promotions. -Respond to guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints courteously and effectively. -Upsell food and beverage items to increase revenue. -Support team members during busy periods or special events. -Adhere to VOX Cinemas and MAF Entertainment service standards and policies. -Ensure tables are properly set, cleared, and cleaned before and after service. -Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area. -Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. -Assist with stock rotation, replenishment, and inventory as required. -Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

What You Bring
