Junior Project Financial Coordinator

Supports project managers with financial admin, invoicing, budgeting, and reporting.

Tasks

-Provides dedicated project and administrative support to multiple project managers. -Work with Project Managers to keep project financials in order. -Assists with inputting project Estimates to Complete (ETC) on Oracle PM Dashboard. -Assist PM’s with WIP documentation Write off’s, etc. -Create project setup forms and project files. -Enters data and produces, analyzes, and distributes reports. -Follow detailed instructions to maintain accurate, consistent, and efficient processing. -Utilizes a variety of software programs to produce and manage requests. -Codes invoices, verify budgets on tasks and correspond with subconsultants on revisions.

-Ability to organize and prioritize a diverse array of assignments and duties. -Experience in the engineering/planning industry is preferred. -Attention to detail, high level of accuracy. -Excellent interpersonal skills. -Ability to read, interpret, and act upon the requirements outlined in agreements and contracts. -Strong verbal and written communication skills. -Clear understanding of project accounting principles. -3+ years of experience in an office environment. -Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with expertise in Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint and Oracle would be an asset. -Financial Diploma/certificate or equivalent in related field.
