Supervises daily maintenance, safety, and performance for Hall and Mugga quarries.

Tasks

-Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with Boral’s requirements. -Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and ensure high-quality maintenance standards. -Coordinate maintenance schedules with operational demands to meet production targets. -Oversee and execute the preventative maintenance program for all fixed and mobile equipment. -Promote Boral’s safety initiatives and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. -Lead by example to foster a Zero Harm safety culture across all sites and teams. -Work closely with the Maintenance Planner to ensure daily maintenance plans are executed efficiently.

What You Bring

-Degree, Diploma, or Trade Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, or Boilermaking (preferred). -Experience in quarrying, mining, or materials handling is essential. -Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role. -Strong background in crushing and screening equipment and heavy mobile equipment is highly regarded. -Strong planning and scheduling abilities. -Excellent communication and leadership skills.
