Coordinate and deliver civil infrastructure projects for a six‑month parental leave contract.

Tasks

-Foster strong customer relationships. -Contribute to impactful projects that drive efficiency and sustainability. -Promote and lead a Zero Harm culture across all project activities. -Support pricing, tendering, and business development. -Lead project coordination, resource prioritisation, and delivery of materials, plant, and equipment. -Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder relationships.

What You Bring

-Strategic thinking, attention to detail and a collaborative leadership style. -Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload. -Sound technical knowledge and ability to manage time, cost, quality and safety requirements. -Well-developed verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. -Previous experience in project or business operations management with exposure to the civil or road sectors (highly advantageous). -Sound knowledge of computer processes and experience using the Microsoft Suite. -Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering preferred. -Experience in tender preparation, contract negotiation and team leadership. -An aptitude to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external clients & stakeholders.
