Tasks

-Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to support project needs -Support documentation and tracking of project progress, materials, and work orders -Participate in site visits and safety audits as needed -Maintain organized records and assist with data entry and analysis -Contribute to process improvement initiatives and team meetings -Assist in scheduling and coordinating field crews and construction activities -Help prepare reports, presentations, and updates for internal stakeholders

What You Bring

-Previous internship or work experience in construction or utilities -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment -Strong organizational and communication skills -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) -Must be a current Sophomore or higher -Valid driver's license and personal vehicle -Familiarity with GIS, scheduling software, or project management tools -Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
