Tasks

-Respond to contractor RFIs during construction phase. -Support Project Designer in developing design concepts through all phases. -Produce construction documents including plans, sections, elevations, and details. -Conduct code research and zoning analysis. -Coordinate drawings with consultants and resolve technical conflicts. -Create 3D models, renderings and other assets for client presentations.

What You Bring

-Experience in all phases of construction, particularly documentation. -Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape, Google Workspace. -Experience working with LADBS preferred. -2-3+ years work experience in architecture. BA Arch, MA Arch or equivalent. -Highly organized and efficient self-starter. -Excellent communication and writing skills.
