Tasks

Reporting to the ICT Manager, the Information Technology Support Officer is responsible for delivering high-quality IT support services across CRRDA. The role includes diagnosing and resolving IT system issues, deploying IT infrastructure and hardware, and ensuring staff have the necessary tools to meet operational needs. -Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents to ensure high-quality service -Contribute to IM&T projects and support the delivery of innovative IT solutions -Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external IT providers -Develop and maintain knowledge base articles for internal use -Deliver high quality IT Support Services -Advise and educate users to resolve recurring issues and promote IT literacy -Provide timely and effective IT support to staff using a variety of programs and technologies -Monitor IT service queues and escalate as necessary to ensure responsive service -Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents to ensure high-quality service delivery -Track and manage IT assets using inventory tools

What You Bring

-Knowledge of ITSM principles (e.g. incident and request management) -Experience in IT support or system administration -Understanding of IT security practices -Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, or ITIL are a plus -Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, ITSM tools (e.g., Jira Service Management), and Windows PowerShell -Microsoft Windows 10/11, Office 365, Mac OS, iOS -Excellent customer service and communication skills -Availability to work outside regular hours on occasion -Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
