Tasks

-Lead technical reviews and quality assurance processes for MEP components, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements. -Support business development activities, contribute to bids, and build internal networks to expand the Planning and Design team’s influence. -Apply deep knowledge of infrastructure delivery models including direct client engagements, alliances, and design-and-construct methods. -Apply multidisciplinary design skills to resolve complex technical challenges, coordinating effectively with structural, civil, and architectural teams. -Provide guidance and support to junior staff, fostering design leadership and professional development.

What You Bring

-Proven leadership in multidisciplinary project environments, including experience as Project Manager. -Tertiary qualifications in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic engineering or a related building services discipline. -Expertise in constructability, procurement strategies, and full lifecycle project management. -Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership capabilities. -10 to 15 years' experience in infrastructure project delivery, with a strong portfolio in aviation and complex precincts.
