Maintain and repair high‑voltage substation equipment as an Electrical/Mechanical Fitter.

What You Bring
-A recognised apprenticeship in Electrical/Mechanical engineering OR an NVQ/Level 3 Electrical/Mechanical qualification with the relevant fitting experience is required. -A good level of computer literacy -High voltage engineering experience. -You live within 30 mins travel of SR7 9TP -IOSH / NEBOSH. -A Full UK Driving Licence. -MEWP Licence. -You can demonstrate practical industrial engineering skills – Installations, breakdown, repair and maintenance experience, fault finding, strip down and rebuild, working to Safety Procedures, problem solving and following work specifications to maintain equipment.

-Hours - 37 Avg Monday to Friday, Days only (Winter 36 hrs / Summer 38 hrs - 4 day working pattern). -26 days holiday plus 8 statutory days. -Company commercial vehicle from home to work. -Starting salary £40,197 pa including allowance. -Paid overtime + Bonus (2025 – up to 4%)
