-Meet with clients onsite to assess damage and provide estimates -Work closely with project managers to understand their remediation needs and expectations -Monitor and report on progress of remediation projects to clients -Ensure that all remediation work is carried out to Superior's high standards of quality and safety -Manage and implement property damage remediation across all of our services -Schedule and coordinate work crews to carry out remediation projects -Manage budgets and timelines for remediation projects

What You Bring

-Live currently in the U.S -Valid driver's license and dependable transportation -I9/W9 REQUIRED WITH VALID TAX ID -Ability to lift heavy tools and equipment -Ability to navigate online portal -ONBOARDING VIDEO TRAINING WITH LIVE VENDOR REP IS REQUIRED BEFORE WORKORDERS CAN BE ISSUED -Must have a truck, van, or SUV with the ability to haul equipment -GENERAL LIABILITY IS REQUIRED - WORKERS COMP PREFFERED - COI REQUIRED -Preferred: At least 5+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, or similar trades -Must have your own tools and be capable of working independently -Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a reliable, punctual attitude!
