Tasks

-Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of projects and tasks. -Communicate with internal and external customers. -Provide current and accurate information to all requesters courteously and in a timely manner. -Create and update system drawings as required. -Perform field checks to GPS electric facilities and verify accuracy or discrepancies from as-built work requests. -Maintain system connectivity model in the GIS. -Maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels. -Update system maps from final as-built work requests and additional sources. -Ensure smooth operations, productive communications, and effective understanding during all interpersonal contacts. -Data Entry and field data collection.

What You Bring

-2+ years of direct GIS experience (ArcMap or similar) or CAD (AutoCAD) experience. -Knowledge of telecommunication, electrical, construction, inspection, utility systems. -Experience with geographic information systems, ESRI, ArcGIS, Smallworld, Mapwise. -Associate's Degree in Drafting and Design or completion of a 2-year vocational/certificate program using ESRI or NISC.
