Tasks

-Ensure suitable documentation and data governance is adhered to. -Deliver and maintain new Power BI reports according to agreed deadlines, budget and requirements. -Plan and manage tasks independently to meet deadlines. -Communicate progress with your line manager and various stakeholders as required to ensure project expectations are met. -Lead the design and development of tactical solutions using Power BI, Python, SQL, MS Access, and MS Excel. -Respond to high volumes of support requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution. -Share knowledge and collaborate with team members to build a broad skill base across the department. -Provide technical support for a variety of applications, ranging from third-party systems to in-house developed solutions. -Identify and implement opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer service.
