Overview
Implement and localize HR strategies, processes, and Oracle HCM across NA & LA.

Tasks
-Support OMICRON’s employer branding and HR marketing initiatives to enhance its reputation as an attractive employer. -Act as a cultural translator between global HR strategy and local requirements. -Update local HR policies and guidelines (e.g., Employee Handbook) and ensure compliance with labor laws in respective countries. -Develop and standardize HR processes using HCM and other tools to support HR Business Partners. -Serve as a key user of Oracle HCM, supporting its development and maintenance in NA & LA, including training HR colleagues, managers, and employees. -Implement and localize talent development and training programs in collaboration with local management and HR Business Partners. -Drive the implementation and localization of global HR strategies and processes in North and Latin America. -Provide regional feedback and contribute new ideas to the global HR team.

What You Bring
-Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). -Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms, ideally Oracle HCM. -Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills. -Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. -Proven track record in HR process improvements and/or HR system implementations. -Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a multinational environment. -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. -The job will generally be performed in an office environment but may require travel to visit a client’s office, production facility, or industrial/construction job site. Conditions will vary at each location. -Ability to travel to Europe and/or Latin America 1–3 times per year. -Hazards such as those encountered in substation environments, such as the presence of high voltage, and other sources of electrical shock may be encountered. May be required to use Personal Protection Equipment (PPE): hard hats, safety boots, ear protection, safety glasses, fall restraint, and FR clothing. -Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as PowerBI is a plus. -Strong understanding of U.S. labor law and HR practices. -Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color perception, depth perceptions, and the ability to adjust focus. -Knowledge of Canadian, Mexican, and/or Brazilian labor laws and HR practices is a plus. -Strong stakeholder management abilities. -Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese are valuable assets but not required. -Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly to communicate with customers; manual dexterity required for occasional reaching and lifting of large objects more than 50 pounds, and operating office equipment; Frequent sitting, occasional bending, and kneeling.
