Tasks
-Prepares or assists in fee determination and proposal preparation -Leads or supports company strategic initiatives/goals -Participates in billing and collection efforts -Attends project meetings and represents company during design and construction -Mentors direct reports and assists in their career development -Occasionally move or hold equipment weighing up to 50 pounds -Remain stationary for long periods of time -Determine and exchange accurate information -Leads project initiation, management, and closeout processes -Establishes and follows a QA/QC plan for each project -Has designed numerous projects and followed them through from start of design to end of construction -Assists in conceptual design -Carry, ascend, and descend a ladder

What You Bring
-Demonstrates effective internal and external communication skills -Demonstrates advanced project management skills -Structural and Investigative: Completed a minimum of 3 years as a Project Engineer/Architect -Move inside or outside the office and on non-ADA accessible construction sites -Civil: Completed a minimum of 3 years as a Project Engineer -Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture from an ABET accredited engineering/architecture curriculum -Consistently meets established financial metrics -Structural and Investigative: Completed a minimum of 2 years as a Project Engineer/Architect and 9 years progressive engineering/architectural experience (MSCE/MSAE or MS Arch counts as 1 year. Passing the 16-hour SE exam also counts as 1 year) -Read, communicate, and document in English -Member of at least one professional and/or technical society -Ability to handle stressful situations/deadlines -Repetitive movement on tasks such as using a keyboard or mouse -Investigative: Position self in atypical environments and small, confined spaces -Ability to handle confidential information
