Tasks

-Mentor junior support staff and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives. -Conduct root cause analysis and performance tuning of operating systems and applications. -Provide advanced support for a wide range of IT assets, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment. -Design, develop, and implement high-quality components for operating systems and end-user environments. -Gather and analyze technical data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend solutions. -Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in user support and system administration. -Collaborate with project leads, software engineers, and system administrators to ensure seamless integration and support of IT systems. -Maintain documentation of support procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. -At least 5 years of in-depth experience. -Familiarity with a wide range of end-user devices, platforms, and IT assets. -IAT Level II Certification -Must have active TS/SCI -Experience working in federal or defense environments. -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. -Industry standard technical network certifications.
