The Role

Overview

Manage B2B sales, client relationships, proposals, and meet quotas.

Tasks

-Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports -Prepare and deliver presentations for prospective customers -Prepare booking packages -Review and complete appropriate paperwork after job has been completed -Attend out of town sales meetings and/or regional trainings -Contact existing or prospective customers to maintain and increase customer base -Visit job sites to check the status of current job or to determine scope of prospective job -Negotiate prices and other job proposal terms -When necessary, contact customers for collection purposes and identify alternative options for payment -Responsible for meeting monthly sales quotas by proactively seeking contracts, preparing job proposals with cost estimates, managing accounts and developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers -Personally investigate complaints from customers

What You Bring

-Excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills with a strong ability to identify and respond to customer needs -Proven ability to manage conflict and work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment -Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and achieve defined sales targets -Technical or mechanical aptitude is considered an asset -Project management experience or the ability to coordinate with internal teams and manage client expectations is highly desirable -Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships -Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory -Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
