-Dealing with complex cases, creating reports to accurately articulate the advice provided. -Responsibility for servicing own (existing portfolio provided) and sourcing new areas of business -Completing full analysis of the client's needs -Undertaking product and market research

What You Bring

-Excellent relationship management skills -Demonstrable experience in mortgage advisor role - with proven protection skills and knowledge -Excellent customer management skills -Full level 3 mortgage qualification (full CEMAP or equivalent)
