Tasks

Deliver Complex Projects. Develop Talent. Drive Results. This is a senior opportunity for a Chartered Engineer with strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and a commercial mindset. You’ll oversee project delivery, mentor a talented team, and contribute to client development and strategic growth across sectors including defence, custodial, and energy. -Mentor engineers and technicians, supporting their development and performance. -Conduct technical reviews and ensure compliance with British Standards, Eurocodes, and CDM regulations. -Lead structural design and specification across steel, concrete, timber, and masonry. -Contribute to bids, tenders, and client proposals. -Support SER certification processes (if applicable). -Engage in business development through client meetings, networking, and industry events. -Work on diverse, high-impact projects across multiple sectors. -Manage project delivery including time, cost, quality, and resources.

What You Bring

Many of the positions within our company are subject to security clearance. This means that your eligibility for certain roles may be affected by various factors. The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain security clearance for this role as required by our clients and sectors. -SER Certification (or working towards it) – desirable. -Chartered Engineer (ICE or IStructE). -Strong technical design and specification skills. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. -Proven experience managing teams and delivering complex structural projects. -Eligibility for UK security clearance – desirable. -Familiarity with structural software such as TEDDS, Tekla, and MasterSeries.
