Tasks

-Also acts as individual contributor to one or more software development projects. -Works with Lead engineering, technical, and managerial direction for implementation of minimally complex systems for development and implementation of the system, databases, and interfaces required to meet the technical requirements. -The collection and analysis of metrics, and applies lessons learned to continuously update and improve the development / support process. -Ensures Corporate Software Development Methodology Framework, policy, procedure, and application security compliance. -Prepares and manages time cost estimates and schedules for software development and maintenance projects. -Communicates and presents software engineering process and efforts to stakeholders.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in SQL and database management, preferably with Oracle. -Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, TFS, Azure DevOps). -Familiarity with web services, REST APIs, and integration technologies. -Strong understanding of asset management principles and best practices. -Hands-on experience with HxGN EAM modules, including Equipment, Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, and Inventory. -Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 55000. -3+ years of experience working with HxGN EAM (Infor EAM) or similar Enterprise Asset Management systems. -Knowledge of mobile applications for HxGN EAM. -Proficiency in configuring and using HxGN EAM's reporting tools. -Knowledge of HxGN EAM's extensibility framework and customization capabilities. -Experience in configuring and using HxGN EAM's Checklist functionality. -Experience with HxGN EAM Alert Management, DataBridge, or ION. -Experience with HxGN EAM modules such as Purchasing, Budget, and Projects. -HxGN EAM certification or relevant asset management certifications. -Understanding of data modeling and database design principles. -Experience with HxGN EAM configuration, including creating and modifying screens, forms, and workflows. -Familiarity with reporting tools such Cognos, or Power BI. -Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9 -12 years of relevant work experience. -Basic understanding of programming concepts and scripting languages. -HxGN EAM certification or relevant asset management certifications. Experience with HxGN EAM Alert Management, DataBridge, or ION. Knowledge of mobile applications for HxGN EAM. Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 55000. -Familiarity with HxGN EAM's multi-organization capabilities.
