Tasks

-Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with project teams and assurance partners to embed consistent practices and promote assurance awareness. -Assurance Planning & Coordination: Support the development and delivery of integrated assurance plans, coordinate internal and external reviews, and maintain assurance schedules. -Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance assurance processes and contribute to lessons learned across the portfolio. -Quality & Performance Monitoring: Track assurance metrics, maintain evidence for reporting, and oversee corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement. -Compliance & Governance: Monitor project activities to ensure alignment with governance frameworks and manage risks, issues, and non-conformances.

What You Bring

-Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. -Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills. -Formal qualification in quality management, assurance, or project management (desirable). -High attention to detail and precision in documentation and reporting. -Strong understanding of assurance, quality management, or compliance frameworks. -Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a proactive, collaborative working style. -Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. -Familiarity with Integrated Assurance & Approvals Plans (IAAP). -Experience working in project environments, ideally within regulated industries or large-scale infrastructure projects.
