We are looking for someone to play a pivotal role in shaping the practice in Victoria while working on some of the country’s most significant infrastructure and energy projects. You’ll have a leading role in managing key client relationships in Victoria, acting as the primary local advisor on front-end matters, and be first in line for Partnership as the team continues to grow.
You’ll advise on all aspects of procurement and delivery for major capital works — including PPP, EPC, D&C, and O&M arrangements, alliance contracting, and consultancy agreements. The work is technically demanding and commercially sophisticated, often involving cross-border investment, joint ventures, and complex risk allocations.
As a Legal Recruitment specialist with over 20 years experience I can guarantee your application is in good hands. The market is small and confidentiality is key. Feel free to contact me with any questions you have about this position or to discuss other options currently available in the market.
This role would suit a Senior Associate with strong experience in major energy and infrastructure construction — ideally including PPP or government-led projects — who’s ready to take on a leadership role with a clear path to Partnership.
The firm has a strong global reputation in infrastructure and energy, and there is a strong pipeline of multi-jurisdictional cross-border projects. You’ll also benefit from hybrid working, transparent bonus structures, and a clear, merit-based approach to progression.
