Tasks

-Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. -Execute purchase orders (POs) for the renewables business unit based on approved requisitions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. -Schedule delivery with vendors and service providers as needed. -Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinate with operations or warehouse teams to prevent stock outs or overstocking. -Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements. -Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries in coordination with accounting and receiving teams. -Process and track purchase orders from creation to receipt and payment. -Prepare regular purchasing and cost reports for management review. -Support data entry, filing, and document control within the procurement system.

What You Bring

-2–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain administration. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). -Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). -Experience using ERP or purchasing software preferred.
