Senior Capacity Execution Engineer - Installation

Tasks

-Work proactively across all functions to ensure adherence to processes which drive safe installation and arrangement. -Manage project timelines to meet customer needs with a strong focus on safety, quality and delivery. -Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact -Incorporate lean manufacturing principles into process development and improvement. -Working as a project manager to lead and drive installations of a wide variety of manufacturing capital equipment from pre-delivery to full completion of management of change process at various global facilities. -Working as an Engineer and leader to resolve complex challenges involving a wide variety of manufacturing processes and adapting facilities to ensure successful industrialization. -Ensuring alignment of equipment installations with the Fulfilment and Installation workstreams, as well as Global Supply Chain. -Leading a group of contract resources to ensure delivery on specific projects and items

What You Bring

-6+ years of turbine engineering and/or manufacturing experience -Strong interpersonal and leadership skills -Ability to influence others and lead small teams -Problem solve and escalate risks to fulfillment as required. -Proficient Project Management experience -Ability to work in a dynamic environment with individuals in global locations -Strong oral and written communication skills -At least 8 years of relevant engineering experience. -Ability to coordinate and manage several projects simultaneously -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college
