Tasks

-Assisting with the design, scripting, testing and distribution of quantitative customer surveys -Supporting senior members of the Customer Insight Team in generating meaningful insights from customer data and research -Preparing clear and compelling reports and presentations to communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders -Analysing structured and unstructured data to identify trends and actionable insights
