Tasks

Join our Downer Professional Services team and play a key role in delivering complex defence and national security projects that safeguard Australia’s future. -Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts aligned with project requirements. -Undertake a range of testing-based activities across all phases of the Defence testing lifecycle. -Conduct functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across desktop, mobile, and cloud environments. -Identify, document, and manage defects; collaborate with development/support teams.

What You Bring

Due to the nature of the work, you are required to currently hold and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth. In some instances, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may also be an inherent requirement. More than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients. -Experience with test management and defect tracking tools. -Exposure to Microsoft Intune (MDM), Outlook, and other MS365 apps on iOS/Windows endpoints. -Experience with Cloud-Managed Windows 11 SOE implementation and deployment. -Strong communication and documentation skills. -Migration experience (Exchange On-Premises to Exchange Online, OneDrive, legacy H: Drives) would be highly regarded. -Understanding of cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure) and modern device management. -Familiarity with automation tools and scripting.
