Tasks

The client is seeking an Enterprise Security Awareness & Relations Specialist responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive security awareness program that promotes a strong security culture across the organization. This role leads initiatives that reduce human risk, strengthen employee understanding of security best practices, and provide key reporting for senior leadership. The position also builds and maintains strong relationships across departments to enhance Enterprise Security messaging and continuously improve program effectiveness. -Measure and report on program effectiveness using defined metrics and dashboards. -Develop and maintain enterprise security training materials and communication content. -Lead end-to-end planning and execution of company-wide security awareness initiatives (e.g., Cyber Security Awareness Month). -Collaborate with internal teams and Corporate Communications to align messaging and promote a culture of security awareness. -Prepare security reports and updates for senior leadership, including the Audit Committee and Board of Directors. -Create clear, timely communications in response to security incidents and emerging threats. -Maintain stakeholder relationships, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. -Manage and evolve the Social Engineering Program to address human risk.

What You Bring
