Tasks
-Operates cutting machines, threading machines, headers, benders, and a variety of other manufacturing equipment -Uses forklifts to load and carry materials -Responsible for the safety and housekeeping of their area -Assures their assignments are completed on time -Completes paperwork according to manager instructions -Responsible for the quality checkpoints on each machine as posted

What You Bring
-Must be able to climb ladders for 4+ hours per shift -Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds 4+ hours per shift -Previous experience operating warehouse equipment, and successful completion of a forklift training program -Forklift Certification -Must be able to operate foot pedals for 4+ hours per shift -Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for 6+ hours per shift -High level of accuracy and attention to detail -Must be able to perform simple grasping, push, pull, perform fine manipulation, and feel for 6+ hours per shift -Must be able to work in crowded spaces for 4+ hours per shift -Strong organizational skills & Mathematical skills -Must be able to work in hot, humid, and cold manufacturing environment -Ability to identify parts to be processed on their machine -HS Diploma or GED Equivalent from an accredited institution -Knowledgeable in TFI/OSHA Safety Requirements -Must be able to make fine distinctions in sound, express, and exchange written or spoken words, and distinguish objects and equipment visually -Effective written and verbal communication skills -Much be able to crouch, kneel, and stoop for 4+ hours per shift -Must be able to bend and crawl for 4+ hours per shift
