Tasks
-Support with cross-department working groups, keeping agendas, and helping members to be accountable for key deliverables. -Assist with documents and plans using Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc.) including drafting and/or proofreading. -Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, and proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures. -Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling/creating documents for meetings. -Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies. -Coordinate travel as needed, including organizing and managing the logistical details for off-site events and activities for the business. -Keep the office running smoothly, and provide support to various departments -Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary. -Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required. -Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications and presentations

-Able to take direction and provide timely feedback on progress of tasks -Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint -Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills -Regular, reliable attendance -Experience and ability to navigate and adapt to various online platforms -Excellent organizational and time management skills -Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team -Experience working with modern technologies such as SharePoint, video conferencing, etc. -Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional setting. Experience in the construction industry is an asset. -Work productively and meet deadlines timely -Ability to multi-task and prioritize -Strong professional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills -Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and comfortable presenting -Exceptional attention to detail, organized, ability to recognize discrepancies and active listening skills -Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment
