Tasks

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring SAP supports project delivery across complex engineering and construction phases, with a particular focus on S/4HANA optimisation, data integrity, and business process alignment. As Deputy Lead – SAP, you’ll work closely with the SAP Lead to ensure effective system governance, optimisation, and integration across multiple business units. You’ll oversee functional and technical streams, lead on solution design, and act as a key liaison between project stakeholders, system integrators, and the wider business.

What You Bring

-Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills -Strong communication skills and ability to work independently under contract terms -Experience supporting system integrations and change control in project environments -Location: UK-based (hybrid – occasional site travel required) -Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across finance, procurement, and operations -Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, with exposure to key modules (FI/CO, MM, PS, PM, or BW) -5+ years’ experience in SAP project delivery, ideally within large infrastructure or energy projects -Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate (S/4HANA), ITIL Foundation preferred
