The Role

Overview

Perform drainage investigations, repairs, and customer service on domestic/commercial sites.

Tasks

-Investigate and diagnose issues via site surveys. -Make recommendations to the Regional Development Managers to the success of the region. -Help to resolve any operational issues, performance issues or compliance within the territory, taking all steps to safeguard the brand’s reputation. -Performing minor excavations and patch lining -Identify potential concerns and making recommendations to customers for additional work. -Share knowledge and best practice with colleagues. -Advise customers as to solutions and implementing accordingly, this may include: -Use high-pressure water jetters, CCTV camera survey equipment and rods. -Liaise with commercial and domestic customers on site. -Interpret and work with drainage drawings, operating independently in areas of expertise. -Drive Brand awareness through professional appearance, interactions and technical knowledge.

What You Bring

-A DBS check will be part of the on-boarding process -Driving Licence (required) -CSCS card holder (preferred) -Customer centric -1 year’s previous experience of working within the drainage sector. -Ability to use a mobile telephone (calls, photo’s, email and CRM Application etc.). -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Full clean UK driving license with flexibility to travel. -Able to work on your own and enjoy working outside. -Positive, can-do attitude and ability to problem solve -Drainage: 1 year (preferred) -Drainage tanker experience (preferred) -To be able to work as part of an on-call rota providing a 24 hr service. -Ideally 1 years’ experience/knowledge of plumbing principles -Organised, goal orientated and willing to learn -High-pressure water jetting (HPWJ) certification
