Senior advisor managing real property, estate, planning, and geospatial programs for KBR Turkey.

Tasks
-Mentor staff and ensure consistent, compliant, and professional program execution. -Support capital planning through analysis of occupancy, consolidation, and reallocation strategies. -Coordinate with engineering, environmental, and financial functions to align capital investment and asset optimization. -Integrate planning with infrastructure siting, transportation, environmental considerations, and resiliency initiatives. -Daily use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to complete reports, tasks, and communicate with customers and co-workers. Utilize advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, ACES / NextGEN IT Program, and other tools) to develop professional reports, presentations, and project documentation. -Provide oversight of real estate agreements, leases, and host-nation documentation. -Prepare high-level briefings and reports for senior leadership. -Ensure data integrity and compliance in the Real Property Inventory (RPI) and NexGen IT systems. -Evaluate land-use compatibility, encroachment risks, and mission growth requirements. -Represent the installation in regional forums and technical working groups. -Provide visualization tools and mapping to inform leadership decision-making. -Integrate GIS analysis into planning studies, noise contour/AICUZ modeling, and master planning deliverables. -Interpret and apply AFIs, DoDIs, and contractual requirements on a daily basis. -Oversee space planning programs to ensure efficient and mission-aligned use of facilities. -Collaborate with U.S. Air Force, host-nation agencies, and contractors on real property, real estate, and planning matters. -Supervise GIS/GeoBase functions ensuring accurate geospatial data for planning and operations. -Lead development, maintenance, and execution of Installation Development Plans (IDPs), district plans, and sub-area studies. -Validate and approve customer space requests; present recommendations to leadership boards. -Direct accountability, acquisition, disposal, and lifecycle management of real property assets.

What You Bring
-Experience with U.S. Air Force’s ACES/NexGen IT Program -Strong knowledge of U.S. DoD/AF real property and planning frameworks, host-nation processes, and contract compliance. -Have a minimum “B” class driver’s license -Work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision while meeting performance expectations. -Daily use of organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on detail, accuracy and quality of work -Minimum 5 years of experience in real property, real estate, or planning management within government, military, or large institutional environments. -Master’s degree in Planning, Real Estate, or Public Administration. -Safety related experience (OSHA and or Turkish Safety Laws) -Familiarity with AFI/DAFI 32-9000 series (acquisition, disposal, accountability, and temporary use of real property) and AFI 32-1001. -Fluent in Reading, Writing, Speaking and Comprehending English (Level 3) -Bachelor’s degree in Urban/Regional Planning, Real Estate, Public Administration, or related field. -Minimum 3 years’ experience in building inventories and surveys -Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in joint U.S.–Host Nation environments. -Experience conducting site visits and performing field observations. -Certification in facility or real property management (e.g., IFMA, FMP, or similar). -Demonstrated skills in program administration, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination. -Proven success in space optimization, long-range planning, and asset portfolio management. -Familiarity with host nation and USAF regulations and U.S. Government contract practices and standards
