The Role

Overview

Assist water resources team with data analysis, hydrogeologic studies, and project support.

Tasks

-Data analysis, reporting/writing, and presentation preparation. -Perform variety of tasks to support engineering analyses, report production, and designs -Prepare basic calculations -Collect, organize, and evaluate data -Assist in basic equipment selection -Organize and file project materials and references -Schedule project deliverables -Develop, evaluate, and design specifications and contract drawings -Planning level cost estimation of water infrastructure projects. -Coordinate with other disciplines -Analyze systems utilizing computer modeling

What You Bring

-Problem solving skills -Mathematical skills -Communications skills, both written and oral -Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher -Attention to detail -Software: Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) proficiency is required, ESRI ArcGIS proficiency is preferred -Geologic and hydrogeologic interpretations. -Hands-on experience at an employee-owned engineering, procurement, consulting, and construction company. -Analytical skills -Federal grant writing and applications. -Interpersonal skills -Strong technical writing abilities -Water supply feasibility evaluations including reuse and aquifer storage and recovery.
