Tasks

-The Integrated Reporting Demand Managers responsibilities will include: Demand Review – review of all incoming demand from with various stakeholder and working with stakeholder and internal team to evaluate the demand in terms of prioritization, resource requirement. -DevOps governance – organize daily DevOps delivery reviews and help the design and delivery teams to publish the status report and high escalation of deviation from the plan. -Stakeholder relations - serves as the key PMO contact for stakeholders, and an escalation point of gate execution/schedule issues. Effectively communicates appropriate information to stakeholders in a timely manner and to achieve desired goals. -Demand and Project control – effectively organizes, monitors and controls activities to ensure achievement of planned stage-gates and efficient utilization of resources. -The Integrated Reporting Demand Manager will contribute to define and prioritize the data project and improvement plan in alignment with the Head of Integrated Reporting and manage corresponding project and improvements pipeline.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication skills: present and report activities in a clear and effective way, sensitive to communication steps related to all levels of stakeholders. -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Proven planning and project management skills on Finance IT projects. Sound understanding of Business processes and, in particular, of Finance processes of a Global multinational company using Azure or any other IT DevOps delivery tools. -To be successful, you have a proven track record in data management deployment, leadership, information technology and data systems and tools. Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP and related data technologies like SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAC, BW/4HANA in a global environment. -Problem-solving skills, systematic approach to a problem, understanding consequences in a systematic manner. Project Management Certification (PMP)/ DevOps certification will be a plus. -Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment. Good at networking (finding the right people in the organization). Influencing skills: create an appetite for simplifications and a willingness to change.
