The Role
Overview
Analyze and validate fleet data, report insights, support project team.

Tasks
-Facilitate metadata transfer to an appropriate data platform to ensure client has access to their level data. -Regular housekeeping of database records and associated device settings. -Regular liaison with, and data provision to, project team including Data Analytics Centre, Project Management Office and Field Service departments. -Reporting on fleet statistics. -Processing of install and maintenance visit information and validation of resultant data with a view to determine and report on visit success. -Analyse and screen incoming level data using an appropriate data platform to derive actionable insights and conclusions. Training will be provided where necessary. -Identify trends and anomalies at both fleet and individual site level. Training will be provided where necessary.

What You Bring
-A BSc in a related field, i.e. Environmental Sciences, is preferred but not essential. -Excellent interpersonal skills, telephone manner, the ability to work within a team and liaise with personnel at all levels within the business and with Clients. -Naturally curious with a strong aptitude for investigating data, uncovering trends, and drawing conclusions. -High regard for data privacy, integrity, and accuracy, ensuring responsible handling of all information. -Precision in data entry, cleaning, and reporting, with the ability to spot inconsistencies or errors in datasets. -Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and methodologies as needed in a fast-evolving field. -Confidence using Microsoft Excel is essential. -Excellent organisational and time-management skills. -Comfortable working within a team, receiving feedback, and collaborating to improve data processes.
