Tasks

The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing Manager and broader marketing team in the development and coordination of marketing materials, proposals, presentations, and communications. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within the A/E/C industry. You will assist with proposal coordination, research, content drafting, and digital communications while helping maintain marketing databases, collateral, and CRM records. -Provide support for communications, social posts, and event coordination as needed. -Support internal databases and CRM by organizing pursuit, project, and contact information. -Help with marketing calendars/schedules and registrations/memberships as needed. -Assist with proposal and qualification packages (RFQs/RFPs) by gathering content, formatting materials, creating graphics and preparing presentations. -Maintain and update marketing collateral such as project sheets, resumes, and brochures.

What You Bring

-Collaborative mindset with willingness to learn and take direction. -Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Suite -Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, English, journalism, or related field preferred. -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). -Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks. -Experience with CRM or database tools a plus. -1–3 years of marketing, communications, or administrative support experience preferred (AEC experience a plus but not required). -Strong written and verbal communication skills/technical writing.
