Tasks

-Lead and develop a high-performing team, embedding a culture of service improvement. -Support budget management and identify cost-saving opportunities. -Use data and insight to track performance, identify risks, and implement improvements. -Collaborate with Customer Services and other teams to resolve escalated cases and improve resident experience . -Conduct post and audit inspections, ensuring service excellence and continuous learning. -Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with SLAs and quality expectations. -Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external contractors to maintain properties and drive strategic improvements. -Oversee the delivery of day-to-day repairs, ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard.

What You Bring

-Experience delivering repair improvement plans across complex delivery models. -Business management degree or similar, or relevant experience. -Experience in team leadership and staff development. -Strong knowledge of repair and maintenance processes, tools, and equipment. -Proven track record of leading performance improvement projects in a repairs or property services environment.
