What You Bring

-Education A bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field is often required. -Transit Experience min 15 years of rail track, signal, or grade crossing design or construction experience -Project Management Proficiency in planning, coordinating, and handling multiple railroad projects within the area of responsibility -Rail Industry Knowledge Familiarity with rail track, rail signal, or rail grade crossing design and construction -CA Professional Engineer License (PE) or PEng -Extensive project management experience, min 10 years, to handle project elements such as planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery -Strong mathematical, analytical, time management skills -Leadership Abilities Ability to work in a dynamic matrix environment, collaborate with regional and local managers, and manage marketing and production efforts
