Tasks
-Support the delivery of projects aligned with the business and people strategy in partnership with the People Partner – Midlands and West Georgraphy. -Translate regionwide People strategy into actionable plans for local teams. -Own the delivery of cyclical People programmes (e.g. salary reviews, talent planning, appraisals, early careers). -Partner with Global Centres of Expertise (COEs) to lead peoplerelated projects and support Wellbeing and CEI strategies. -Coach and challenge leaders to improve performance and make datainformed decisions. -Share best practices and learnings across the People Team.

What You Bring
As a People Operations Partner, you’ll work closely with Group Leaders across our Midlands and West portfolios PS&I, EWR & CPD to deliver our people strategy and enhance member experience. You’ll be a trusted advisor, a strategic thinker, and a collaborative partner who thrives in a dynamic, matrixed environment. If you’re someone who can influence senior leaders, champion wellbeing and inclusion, and bring data-driven insights to the table, this could be your next great move. -Confidence to build strong, independent relationships and have honest conversations. -Ability to analyse data and drive change based on insights. -Background in a professional services environment. -Influence from a portfolio perspective within the wider People Operations Partner team. -Excellent communication and influencing abilities, especially with senior leaders. -Experience working in a matrix organisation with diverse stakeholders. -Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to change. -Independent thinking and strong problemsolving skills.
