Completes internal parts orders and identifies parts for return communicates job status to supervisor as needed
Maintains parts operations office, warehouse, and outside yards, so that they are neat and orderly as assessed by the department manager
Completes all parts order pulling transactions for external and internal customers in an accurate, timely and supportive manner to ensure customer satisfaction
Develops sales and inventory skills by completing internal training programs as determined by performance review goal setting guide for self-improvement and achievement of other KRA's
Routinely reacts to visual, auditory, and other signals including alarms and instructions, and is required to visually inspect work
Communicates with customers, supervisor, manager, and co-workers
Frequently lifts and moves materials and equipment up to 50 lbs.; must be able to move objects, and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue
Regularly works indoors around moving mechanical parts and may be exposed to weather extremes when working outside in conditions that include inclement weather, heat, cold, and humidity
Ascends/descends with gradual or continuous progress by oneself, using both hands and feet and climbs up and down ladders and/or equipment

Ability to meet all requirements as outlined in the Parts Warehouse Position Designation Guidelines to include order pulling, job related software, forklift operation, hydraulic hose building, ladder JSA, battery JSA, prime mover JSA, will counter operations, and all applicable policies and procedures
Exposure to minor burns, cuts, bites, or stings
Works in extremely bright or inadequate lighting
High school diploma or equivalent required
Works in an enclosed and open vehicle or equipment
