Tasks

-Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue targets, collaborating with marketing and product teams to align strategies -Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to effectively position products and solutions -Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability goals -Develop reports and presentations that summarize sales performance, forecasts, and progress towards targets and u tilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and provide regular updates to management -Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality sector, focusing on electronic access control systems, cloud-based solutions, and integrated security technologies

What You Bring

-5+ years of sales experience -Associates or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field -High School Diploma or equivalent -Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite -Sales experience within the access control, security, or hospitality industries -Travel 25-50% -Experience in pipeline development and forecasting and consultative selling
