Tasks

-Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments. -Follow proper cash handling procedures and be able to post and reconcile charges applied to guest receipts. -Answer questions regarding the local area and facilities and be able to give proper directions and resources to positively influence each guest’s stay. -Handle continuous requests in a fast paced environment by coordinating with other departments to ensure all guest requests are met. -Ensure that all guests receive a friendly, efficient and error-free check-in and check-out experience.
