  • Project plans, basis of design, subcontract scopes.
  • Support change management and scope revisions in collaboration with the Project Manager.
  • Conduct regular reviews to monitor progress and mitigate delays.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, client representatives, and project stakeholders.
  • External coordination with client engineering teams and third-party stakeholders.
  • Chair technical meetings with third parties and resolve technical issues.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across local and remote execution centers.
  • Promote continuous improvement and lessons learned across project phases.
  • Apply principles of design verification with supervision.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation including Line Lists, Equipment Lists, Tie-in Schedules, and Basis of Design.
  • Support subcontract scope development and interdisciplinary input consolidation.
  • Ensure engineering deliverables meet quality and Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) standards.
  • Daily interaction with internal engineering teams and workshare centers.
  • Regular interface with project management and functional leadership.
  • Develop and implement project-specific procedures under guidance.
  • Develop and manage engineering schedules and resource forecasts.
  • Review and issue accurate designs, reports, and other deliverables.
  • Supervise and coordinate technical professionals (team size: 10–50).
  • Assure technical excellence and compliance across engineering disciplines.
  • Lead engineering activities for assigned scopes, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and standards.
