Oversee $2.5‑3M residential landscape design/build projects from planning to finish.

Tasks

-Site Management: works closely with Glengate's in-house labor resources, material suppliers, and subcontractors to expedite all phases of the contract. -Subcontractor Management: coordinate, schedule, and direct subcontractors in the execution of their scopes of work. -Billing and Collection: corroborate all client Billing Statements and vendor invoices. -Job Management: manage multiple jobs in different stages of planning and development. Comprehensive plan review, accurate job costing, in-house labor scheduling, and timesheet management. -Work with state-of-the-art technology and equipment

What You Bring

-Strong cost management skills (tracking estimated vs. actual hours, subcontractor scopes, and costs) -Proven success managing residential and/or commercial projects of $250k+ -Knowledge and experience with Aspire software, MS Project, and Outlook -Strong communication skills to work effectively with high-level clients -Must have experience in overseeing large landscape construction projects * -At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing Masonry, Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, and Landscaping construction. Should have general knowledge of pool construction, landscape masonry, lighting, grading and drainage, irrigation, carpentry structures, and plant and hardscape design.
