Overview

Travel to service pharma equipment, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems on-site.

Tasks

-Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance. -Provide field service support for company machinery, traveling nationally and internationally as required. -Maintain excellent customer service standards while interacting with clients. -Work with PLCs to troubleshoot, wire machines, and handle components such as solenoids, valves, and piping. -Utilize AC/DC, mechanical, and electrical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues.

What You Bring

-Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems. -Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Mechanical hobbies or hands-on experience with electrical or mechanical systems is advantageous. -Experience with fluid delivery systems is a plus. -Ability to travel extensively, sometimes for extended periods. -Basic electrical aptitude and a willingness to learn. -Previous field service experience is preferred but not required.
